We are currently seeking someone to join our ever-growing team as a full-time Estimator. As an early point of contact with our clients, the Top Line Furniture Administration Team plays an integral part in our business. Therefore, this administrative role requires an individual who conducts themselves with warmth, professionalism, and respect. Tasks and duties of the role will require a detail-driven, thorough, and consistent approach to ensure smooth and efficient operations within the Administration Team.

The primary duties of this role include (but are not limited to):
- Estimating and generating accurate customer quotes (including variations)
- Review quotes in detail and select appropriate suppliers based on factors such as client needs, business standards, etc
- Regularly liaise and build relationships with clients and suppliers
- Liaising and building strong relationships with colleagues and team leaders
- Undertaking negotiations with suppliers and clients
- Using effective communication to meet client expectations and ensure project profitability
- Providing support to other team members by addressing queries with clients over the phone, online and face-to-face
- Storing and filing information digitally
- Collaborating with other team members and team leaders to strive for improvements in the workplace
- Seeking quotes from suppliers
- Working with the Administration Team and the Sales Team on quotations, scheduling client meetings, supplier details and changes to contracts
- Ensuring work complies with manufacturer’s standards and regulatory requirements
- Advising customers on delivery schedules and providing after-sales service
- Reporting progress and/or providing updates to their team leader
- Operating printers, scanners and computers using Microsoft Office 365 for various tasks (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, etc)
