Is Top Line Furniture only for builders and cabinet makers?
No. While we manufacture trade-quality cabinets for cabinet makers and builders, DIY renovators and homeowners are also welcome to sign up and order high-quality cabinets for personal projects.
How does online ordering work?
You start by creating a new job in the system.
Enter your job name, reference code, contact number and optional description.
Choose pickup or delivery, then create the job to receive a unique job number — this becomes your reference for all communication.
If you need help, click the chat icon to speak with support.
Can I get benchtops through you?
Yes. We supply Polytec benchtops manufactured using genuine high-pressure laminate (HPL). They are resistant to stains, burns, UV light, heat, steam and impact, and come in multiple decor options. Excess length is cut to suit your base cabinets.
Do you work on areas other than kitchens?
Yes. Top Line Furniture also works on laundries, wardrobes, TV units, storage, custom cabinetry and other residential or commercial joinery.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes. Once your order is ready, you’ll be notified.
Pickup is available Monday–Thursday, 8am–3pm & Friday 8am–12pm.

Do you check measure?
No. We manufacture based on the measurements you provide.
We do not visit sites.
Do you do 2Pac Painted Doors & Panels?
Yes, we do 2Pac (two-pack, 2K) painted doors and panels. You can either provide your preferred paint brand and colour In the Variation Request of the Cabinet via the portal or opt for doors supplied in a white satin finish that are ready to paint.
Do you provide instructions with your flatpacks?
No, we don’t provide traditional manuals. Instead, every component features a precise labelling system for intuitive assembly.
Simply group your parts by these numbers to begin a straightforward, organized assembly.
Each part is marked with a code identifying the Room, Cabinet, and Part Number. For example, a label reading 01.02 Part 7 of 8 tells you exactly which unit the piece belongs to and where it fits in the sequence.
Is it easy to assemble my own cabinets?
Yes. We provide comprehensive guides, video tutorials and step-by-step instructions, suitable for both professionals and DIY renovators.
How accurate is your cutting?
We use CNC machining to ensure perfectly accurate cabinet cutting.
Accurate measurements lead to perfect cabinets — our guides explain how to measure correctly so everything fits during installation.

Do your cabinets come with hardware?
Yes. Flatpacks include high-quality Blum hinges and Blum LEGRABOX Drawer runners.
Panels are pre-drilled specifically for hinges and drawers.
